While grief is the normal and natural reaction to loss, the problem is that we have not been taught the correct skills on how to deal with loss.

Grief is about a broken heart, not a broken brain.

Healing a broken heart requires emotional support; being listened to with respect without judgment, analysis, and criticism.

Unfortunately, most of the information we have learned about loss is intellectual and not helpful.

But there is hope…

My research has told me that the value of the GRM program lies in the fact that it was created by grievers for grievers and that is why I believe (and now have shown through my research) that it works.

The Grief Recovery Method

Grief and Loss are one of life's most misunderstood and difficult experiences. We don't know how to deal with or recover from a loss.

Grief is the normal and natural reaction to loss of any kind. Grief is individual and unique.

Recovery is feeling better and able to move forward from loss. Recovery is living a life that is no longer limited or affected by emotional pain.  In order to recover from our grief, we need the correct information and tools.

Awareness of your loss and grief are the first step.

The next step requires action.

As with a broken arm, we take action to heal the limb. In the same way, an action is also needed to heal a broken heart. The Grief Recovery Method is a proven, step-by-step process for moving beyond loss.

The Grief Recovery Method is an educational program that provides specific tools on how to recover from any type of loss.

The quote "time heals all wounds" is incorrect and often compounds the emotional pain. What matters is what you do with that time.

It is never too soon to start healing your broken heart! I want to help and walk with you on your path to healing and recovery. Good news...this program will get you back to the life YOU were created to live!
